Human resources are the greatest assets for China, CAS, DICP, definitely for SKLMRD. There are many well established talent programs to introduce and cultivate talented scientists and engineers both from homegrown and overseas. Some of these programs are National People Plan, NSFC Distinguished Young Scholar Program, NSFC Excellent Young Scientist Program, CAS Overseas Famous Scholar Program, CAS International Partnership Program for Innovative Teams, DICP Hundred Talent Program and DICP Partnership Professor Program, along with DICP and SKLMRD Honorary Professorships, full- and part-time faculty, and visiting professor programs. Till the end of 2015, SKLMRD is the home to 67 staffs, including 52 with doctor’s degree, and 42 in senior title.All kinds of talents in SKLMRD are listed here:
