丁洪利,男,博士,高级工程师。2010年毕业于合肥工业大学,获工学学士学位;2016年毕业于中国科学院应用物理研究所,获得核技术与应用专业博士学位。毕业后到中国科学院大连化学物理研究所工作至今,2023年晋升为高级工程师。研究方向为自由电子激光加速器微波测控技术与固态功率源技术。在学术期刊上发表论文10余篇,授权专利6件。
